Last Week on MVW Sunday Night Wrestling:
Yosemite Samantha continued her recent winning ways with a victory over Cheryl Parkman.
The Sports Entertainment Corporation came out afterwards and Women’s Champion Lisa Barbosa-Stevens addressed Yosemite Samantha’s attacks on her over the past weekend at MVW house shows. Lisa tells her that she’s not going to cheap shot her way into a title opportunity and if Samantha picks up a few more wins only then she may earn her match with her. MVW CEO Jill Berg then joins the party. She books Barbosa-Stevens to face the winner of Yosemite Samantha and ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin at MVWA 79.
Regina McGill steps in to her older sister’s role as manager/valet of the Island of Misfit Wrestlers (Rah and Halitosis) and tries to rally them after losing the Tag Team title to the SEC at MVWA 78. Rah and Halitosis are reluctant at first but eventually they decide to give Regina a chance.
Men’s Champion ‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay returns after getting married to West Texas Adult Entertainment Legend Dark. McAvay talks about the way he dismantled Charlie Blackwell at MVWA 78 and the reasons why: to make up for the dismal match at MVWA 77, to stick up for ex-wife Dawn McGill after Blackwell cost her the match with Ken Kardoucheian at MVWA 78, and the sport of pro wrestling versus sports entertainment argument McAvay continues to have with Mr. McMann.
McAvay then defeats Jack Frasier with his Oootlander Blaire Rendell via DQ when Blackwell attacked the Men’s Champion. Blackwell claims that McAvay won the battle at MVWA 78 but he won the war because Dawn McGill now belonged to the SEC. The newly ‘sports entertainment makeover’ version of McGill was unveiled and Blackwell announced that McAvay’s ex-wife would be in HIS corner at MVWA 79.
The Island of Misfit Wrestlers: Rah and ‘The Luchador with Insanely Poor Oral Hygiene’ Halitosis with Regina McGill pull off a win via DQ when Blackwell attacks Rah with a steel folding chair.
Ray McAvay races down past Dawn McGill (who doesn’t attempt to stop him) and brawls with Blackwell. ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin runs past Dawn and goes after ‘Country…er…Pop Songstress’ Taylor Switt. Then, Regina McGill blows right past Dawn and attacks ‘Young Hollywood’s’ Miley Vyrus. At the end, Regina and Tess turn their ire towards ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann. McMann pleads with Dawn for help but since she was told NOT to slip out of character and NOT to get involved in matches she declines. Which is bad news for McMann who gets a double-sized Pizza Cutter from both Tess and Regina.
